Your Thoughts Create Your Reality!
The emerging sciences of quantum biophysics, epigenetics, and fractal geometry have illuminated the mechanics of the mind-body-spirit connection. This new science reveals that consciousness is responsible for our life experiences, including our biological functioning.
So how exactly does this affect you and me?
Ultimately, this means that by changing our thoughts we can change our reality. Once we accept that WE are responsible for everything that happens to us, we become empowered to take back control of our lives.

What Is the Mind, Body, Spirit Connection?
Our minds are responsible for taking everything that we perceive in the external world and creating our own unique interpretation of it. This is the mind’s attempt to establish coherence between our internal beliefs and our external reality.
Our bodies then respond to these perceptions by releasing chemicals that affect our physical health and well-being… for better or for worse.
Should our beliefs about the world and about ourselves be negative, the result is inevitably distress, disharmony, and disease in our bodies. More on how subconscious beliefs control our biology.
Quantum Physics: How Thoughts Create Reality
Quantum physics has shown that our experiences in the physical world are deeply connected to the inner workings of our minds.
Our minds create perceptions, and our perceptions result in chemical changes in our bodies that ultimately affect our biology. In other words, how we think has an effect on how we feel. And how we feel, in turn, affects how we think.
So, if we wake up every morning feeling anxious or thinking that life is a struggle, then our brains will initiate the production of stress hormones (cortisol, norepinephrine, adrenaline, etc.), which inevitably shut off our immune system, our growth, and our ability to think. More on the fight-or-flight stress response here.
Now, imagine what would happen if we felt this way day in and day out.
Needless to say, we must break this cycle if we are to achieve mind-body-spirit wellness…
Achieving a Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit
Now that we know that our thoughts can positively or negatively influence our biological functioning, the question is how to make your mind, body, and spirit work together?
Sure, we can put in a conscious effort to eliminate negative or limiting beliefs from our minds. However, this is a struggle for many because these beliefs are often so deeply embedded in our subconscious that we are not even aware of them. They control our thoughts, behaviors, attitudes, and reactions.
The first step is, therefore, to become aware of your subconscious programming. Only then can you change it and change your life. Browse Bruce’s FREE resources on belief change here.
The Evolution of Human Civilization
Looking at the big picture, we must recognize that we are all active participants not just in our own lives, but in the future of human civilization as well.
The truth is that civilization is in the midst of an evolutionary upheaval or metamorphosis. We are transitioning from a state of competition and survival to more conscious behaviors.
Acknowledging the importance of the mind, body, and soul brings us one step closer to a creating a more sustainable future based on community and cooperation. Join the conscious evolution today!
