EmRes is taught by The Emotional Health Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. It was founded by a group of international professionals (Cedric Bertelli, Dr. Jacques Fumex, & Dr. Monika Wilke) who were fascinated by the understanding of our emotional functioning and specifically how the body can naturally release disruptive emotional patterns and hidden traumas.
EmRes aims to resolve recurring painful and debilitating emotions through viscero-somatic quieting. This body of work was crafted to gently and safely guide individuals to reconnect with their intrinsic capacity for emotional resilience, through the sensations felt in the body during a painful emotion, enabling them to integrate and resolve hurtful or debilitating emotional reactions such as anxiety, anger, lack of self confidence, post-traumatic stress, etc.
