Return Policy & Refunds

Return policy

Any book, CD or DVD that is damaged or defective must be reported within 10 days and will be replaced.

Memberships are not refundable. Please check that your system is compatible with Zoom prior to purchasing.

Teleclasses and Webinars may be refunded if you contact us prior to the access codes or links being emailed out. Once you have the access information no refunds will be issued.

Refunds

If you paid by credit card, then a refund will be processed and should show on your credit card statement within 3 business days. Paypal refunds should show up in your account in 3-5 business days.

If you shipped the item back to Mountain of Love Productions at your own expense, and the return is the result of our error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return.
