Hevalên delal, şaneyên xeyalî û lêger li her derê,
“Tis the season to be jolly” … yeah, right! It may seem hard to find peace in a world teeming with mounting calamities: religious, political, economic, safety-security, and health crises, to name a few. All of these crises are the “trees” in the forest we are now experiencing as the 6th Mass Extinction Event … the nûçeyên xirab. Ew nûçeyên baş is that from the ashes of our failing civilization a new sustainable, actually thriveable, civilization is arising.
Navbera nûçeyên xirab û ji nûçeyên baş, by necessity, there is a period of serobinî. While our attention is focused on the scary news revealing the dismantling of our current civilization, simultaneously, within the same field, an emerging new order of life, a new civilization is evolving.
Unfortunately, “good news” networks are not as profitable as information sources that feed us a constant stream of stress-provoking fear. Consider the behavior of drivers, i.e., rubber-neckers, who will slow down to gawk at an accident, even if it is on the other side of a divided highway, but could care less upon seeing a family enjoying a roadside picnic. Consequently, to feed the public’s interest, we are barraged with stories and images that stress the hell out of us!
Today, stress is responsible for up to 90% of doctor visits. Chemistry released into the blood by a brain experiencing stress shuts down the body’s maintenance-growth mechanisms, inhibits the immune system and produces emotional distress that adversely affects our behavior and consciousness. Fear, anxiety, sleeplessness, digestive, skin and nervous system disorders are currently responsible for manifesting a massive crisis in healthcare; A crisis that translates into big business for the pharmaceutical and hospital corporations.
The behavioral dysfunctions of our stressed-out world are fueling skyrocketing sales of pharmaceutical pain-relievers, antidepressants and mood regulating drugs, as well as the demand for “street” drugs. The cost of a pharmaceutical “cure” is devastating. For example, last year in Florida there were 5,725 deaths attributed to pharmaceuticals as compared to 952 deaths due to illegal drugs.
The biology that must be made clear is that drugs can only be effective if our body’s cells already possess existing complementary protein receptors. The existence of a signal-receiving cellular receptor, by definition, implies that the body already manufactures its own version of the drug (e.g., a hormone). The conclusion is simple: If we can make our own versions of drugs … why gamble with pharmaceutical chemistry?
To regain our health and empower our lives we must deal with the problem at its source, the mind. The fact is simple, the brain releases signals, our natural “drugs,” that complement the images we hold in our subconscious and conscious minds. While we would love to hold wonderful, healthy and loving images in our conscious minds, our preprogrammed subconscious mind is actually running the show 95% of the day. That’s the mind that “unconsciously” controls the brain to flush our bodies with debilitating fight/flight stress hormones.
So, ’tis the season to be jolly,” is actually the secret to regaining our health and empowering our lives. For even if we have to ‘fake-it till we ‘make-it,” the brain chemistry released by loving, happy, healthy thoughts and actions (or deeds) will cure almost all of our ills…without those pesky life-threatening side effects! The not so secret, secret, is that we can easily reprogram the negative, self-sabotaging behaviors that our subconscious minds acquired from our culture (see: Belief Change and Energy Psychology Modalities under Resources: Çavkaniyên din). In return, Heaven-on-Earth will become a way of life.
Margaret, Sally, Laura, Alex, Beth, Marsha and myself want to thank you for joining us on this amazing ride called 2017. We wish you a healthy, happy and harmonious Holiday Season as we continue our journey of evolution.

Friend and colleague Dr. Joe Dispenza’s new book “Becoming Supernatural: How Common People Are Doing the Uncommon” released on October 31 from Hay House. This is an amazing and insightful book, which provides tools and disciplines ranging from cutting-edge physics to practical exercises such as a walking meditation, where Dr. Joe offers nothing less than a program for stepping outside our physical reality and into the quantum field of infinite possibilities.
